Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were quite clean and comfortable but very hot with no aircon, which ironically led to disrupted sleep due to noisy aircon from the building next door. The rooms were spacious and had all the expected facilities, though some light coming in. The service was friendly and helpful overall, except for one staff member at breakfast who seemed a bit miserable. The location was ideal for getting food in the evening, and set in stunning Brooklyn, but lacked some seating options. The dining experience was generally pleasant, with good value for money despite a slightly strange encounter. The facilities were sufficient. Some details needed improvements, but overall a fine stay.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, although in need of redecorating, were comfortable and offered good value for money. The service was friendly and helpful, creating a nice vibe throughout. The location was central enough for my needs, and the dining experience, while not perfect, provided a good hearty start for the day.
I was welcomed like a friend and had a fabulous evening at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a good night's sleep followed by an excellent breakfast. However, the room was a bit dated, not very clean, and some furniture was broken. It was also a bit noisy during the night.
